Having strong written and verbal communication skills are required for most occupations. In this session, participants will learn the different aspects of communication and how to use these skills with students and colleagues.

Time management and organization of your space (whether that’s a desk, a classroom, office, gym, closet, or whole building) contributes to the way people experience and perceive you. It also contributes to your wellness. When you make it a habit to manage your time and your environment, you will feel less stressed and more in control. This will build your confidence and effectiveness.
